<p>We are seeking a highly skilled <strong>Network Security Engineer</strong> to join our IT security team. In this role, you’ll design, implement, and manage secure network solutions to protect our systems, applications, and data. You’ll play a key role in threat detection, incident response, and proactive defense against evolving cyber threats.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Design, configure, and maintain secure enterprise network environments (LAN/WAN, VPNs, firewalls, IDS/IPS).</li><li>Monitor and respond to network security events, including incident analysis and remediation.</li><li>Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration tests to identify risks and recommend solutions.</li><li>Manage and configure security tools such as firewalls, SIEM, endpoint protection, and intrusion detection systems.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure security compliance across infrastructure, cloud, and applications.</li><li>Create and maintain documentation, including network diagrams, policies, and procedures.</li><li>Stay current with emerging threats, security trends, and industry best practices.</li></ul><p><br></p>

<p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field (or equivalent experience).</li><li>5+ years of hands-on experience in <strong>network security engineering</strong>.</li><li>Strong expertise with <strong>firewalls (Palo Alto, Cisco ASA, Fortinet, etc.)</strong>, VPN technologies, IDS/IPS, and SIEM tools.</li><li>Familiarity with <strong>cloud security (Azure, AWS, or GCP)</strong>.</li><li>Proficiency with <strong>TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, routing, and switching protocols</strong>.</li><li>Knowledge of compliance standards (e.g., NIST, HIPAA, PCI-DSS, ISO 27001).</li><li>Relevant certifications a plus: <strong>CISSP, CCNP Security, CEH, or Security+</strong>.</li></ul><p><strong>What We Offer</strong></p><ul><li>Competitive salary and performance-based incentives</li><li>Comprehensive health, dental, and vision benefits</li><li>401(k) with company match</li><li>Professional development and certification reimbursement</li><li>Collaborative team culture with opportunities for growth</li></ul><p><br></p>
