<p><strong>About the Role:</strong></p><p> We are looking for a highly skilled <strong>Senior Systems Administrator</strong> to join our IT team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for maintaining, optimizing, and securing our core infrastructure systems. The Sr. Systems Administrator will manage servers, cloud environments, and network operations, ensuring high availability and performance while supporting ongoing business growth.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Administer, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows and Linux servers.</li><li>Manage Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and related services.</li><li>Oversee virtualization platforms such as VMware or Hyper-V.</li><li>Support cloud environments, with a strong focus on Azure and/or Office 365 administration.</li><li>Monitor system performance, availability, and capacity, implementing improvements where necessary.</li><li>Apply system patches, upgrades, and security hardening.</li><li>Develop and maintain system documentation, policies, and procedures.</li><li>Collaborate with IT leadership and cross-functional teams to design and implement new solutions.</li><li>Provide mentorship and guidance to junior administrators and support staff.</li></ul><p><br></p>
