<p>We are seeking a <strong>Network & Systems Administrator</strong> to join a growing team onsite. This role involves building and maintaining virtualized environments, managing networking infrastructure, and supporting enterprise storage systems in a fast-paced, hands-on setting.</p>

<ul><li>5+ years of IT experience</li><li>Strong VMware experience (server setup, resource allocation, virtual networking)</li><li>Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (subnetting, routing, LAN/WAN, SD-WAN)</li><li>Experience configuring and managing firewalls, routers, switches, and VPNs</li><li>Proficiency with Microsoft Server tools (Active Directory, Group Policy, PowerShell, WSUS)</li><li>Experience with Azure AD, Microsoft 365, and Entra environments</li><li>Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, servers, and applications</li><li>Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field</li><li>Preferred: familiarity with compliance standards (HIPAA, PCI), enterprise storage (SAN/NAS), and Fortinet/Sophos/Aruba networking solutions</li></ul>
