IT Support Specialist
<p>We are seeking a highly skilled <strong>Senior IT Support Specialist</strong> with extensive experience supporting <strong>MacOS environments</strong> and administering <strong>Jamf</strong> to join our technology team. This role will be responsible for delivering exceptional onsite and remote support, managing enterprise device configurations, and ensuring a seamless user experience across the organization.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Provide Tier 2–3 technical support for MacOS systems, applications, and peripherals.</li><li>Administer and maintain Jamf Pro for device management, configuration, and deployment.</li><li>Collaborate with IT leadership to develop and enforce Mac management policies.</li><li>Perform system imaging, patching, and software deployment for enterprise environments.</li><li>Support a hybrid environment including <strong>Windows 10/11</strong> endpoints and mobile devices (iOS/Android).</li><li>Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues for onsite and remote employees.</li><li>Manage Active Directory accounts, permissions, and group policies.</li><li>Deliver “white glove” support to VIP users and executives.</li></ul><p><br></p>
<p><strong>Required Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>5+ years of IT support experience, with a focus on <strong>MacOS</strong> in enterprise environments.</li><li>Proven <strong>Jamf Pro</strong> administration experience (enrollment, policies, profiles, scripting).</li><li>Strong knowledge of <strong>Microsoft 365</strong> applications and administration.</li><li>Experience with Windows operating systems and cross-platform troubleshooting.</li><li>Familiarity with mobile device management (MDM) and remote support tools (e.g., Bomgar).</li><li>Excellent communication and customer service skills.</li></ul><p><strong>Preferred:</strong></p><ul><li>Jamf Certified Technician or higher certification.</li><li>Experience in a high-volume support environment or supporting creative teams.</li></ul><p>If you are passionate about delivering exceptional IT support and have deep expertise with <strong>MacOS</strong> and <strong>Jamf</strong>, we want to hear from you.</p>
