Overview: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer accounts, processing payments, and ensuring timely collections to support healthy cash flow. This role requires strong communication skills, accuracy, and the ability to handle a high volume of transactions in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Generate and send customer invoices in a timely and accurate manner</li><li>Record customer payments (checks, ACH, credit card, wire) and apply to accounts</li><li>Monitor accounts receivable aging and follow up on overdue accounts</li><li>Communicate with customers to resolve billing discrepancies and collection issues</li><li>Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and files</li><li>Prepare and distribute AR reports to management as needed</li><li>Assist with month-end closing, reconciliations, and audits</li><li>Support the finance team with ad hoc projects and reporting</li></ul>

Qualifications:<ul><li>1–3 years of accounts receivable, collections, or related accounting experience</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with accounting/ERP systems (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar)</li><li>Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail</li><li>Ability to work independently and meet deadlines</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li></ul>
