We are looking for a skilled Treasury Analyst to join our team on a contract basis in Irving, Texas. This position is integral to managing treasury operations, ensuring smooth payment processes, and providing exceptional customer service to various stakeholders. Ideal candidates will possess a strong background in treasury functions and demonstrate the ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment. Responsibilities for the interim Treasury Analyst:• Conduct in-depth research on banking issues and assist internal teams with resolving queries.• Manage the processes for opening, closing, and modifying bank accounts, while maintaining necessary documentation such as signature cards.• Monitor daily cash positions across assigned accounts, identify shortfalls, and collaborate with leadership to implement solutions.• Process electronic fund transfers including wires, ACHs, and account transfers while addressing any issues that arise.• Respond promptly to inquiries via the Treasury inbox and provide attentive and thorough support to properties and vendors.• Analyze bank fees and recommend strategies to minimize costs.• Review and resolve Positive Pay exceptions to ensure accurate payment processing.• Communicate effectively with banking partners and internal teams to facilitate efficient treasury operations.• Cross-train across treasury functions and provide back-up support to other analysts as needed.• Participate in special projects and other assigned duties to enhance overall treasury operations.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field, or equivalent work experience preferred. • At least three years of treasury experience, preferably in a multi-unit or multi-property environment. • Proficiency with major banking platforms, including Bank of America CashPro, Vantage, or JP Morgan Access. • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, and familiarity with Microsoft Outlook. • Strong ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced settings. • Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with stakeholders at all organizational levels. • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities for managing multiple tasks and priorities. • Proven problem-solving skills and a track record of meeting deadlines consistently.
