This position is on-site and is 8am-4pm Monday-Friday.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Welcome and assist visitors with a detail-oriented and friendly demeanor.</p><p>• Perform accurate data entry tasks to maintain and update records.</p><p>• Organize and manage filing systems for easy access and retrieval.</p><p>• Prepare and stuff envelopes for outgoing correspondence.</p><p>• Sort, distribute, and handle incoming mail efficiently.</p><p>• Operate a multi-line switchboard to manage incoming calls with a high level of care.</p>
