Responsibilities:• Assist the Recovery Manager and Director in coordinating work activities within the department.• Review and analyze settled files to determine assignment distribution for recovery staff.• Facilitate legal referrals and collaborate with the Allied Legal department to address recovery-related issues.• Oversee salvage processes, including managing assignments, handling title document requests, and approving bids.• Communicate effectively with clients and vendors to ensure smooth operations and resolution of issues.• Maintain organized records and documentation to support department goals.
