<p>We are looking for an experienced <strong>Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant</strong> to join our team on a long-term contract basis. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in Dynamics 365 Business Central to enhance system utilization, streamline processes, and support business-critical initiatives. Collaboration with leadership, finance, operations, and external vendors will be key to achieving optimal system alignment and driving efficiencies.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Analyze and evaluate business processes across departments to identify areas for improvement and align them with Dynamics 365 Business Central capabilities.</p><p>• Assess current system usage and recommend actionable strategies to improve adoption and efficiency.</p><p>• Provide functional expertise to ensure Business Central is utilized effectively across inventory management, order processing, and financial operations.</p><p>• Collaborate with external partners and offshore teams to ensure seamless integration and project alignment.</p><p>• Lead initiatives to automate workflows, including cash application, invoice management, and warehouse operations.</p><p>• Identify opportunities for process enhancements, such as optimizing order fulfillment and implementing paperless systems.</p><p>• Deliver hands-on support and training to end-users, ensuring they understand and maximize system functionalities.</p><p>• Work closely with leadership and stakeholders to translate business requirements into system-driven solutions.</p><p>• Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations and process changes.</p><p>• Serve as the primary point of contact for functional system-related inquiries and troubleshooting.</p>

• Extensive experience as a Dynamics 365 Business Central consultant or functional expert.<br>• Strong knowledge of inventory management, order processing, and financial modules within Business Central.<br>• Proven ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into effective system configurations.<br>• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and external vendors to execute projects.<br>• Proficiency in client-side scripting, API development, and configuration management.<br>• Familiarity with creating Business Requirement Documents to support system planning.<br>• Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements through technology-enabled solutions.<br>• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders and end-users.
