<p>We are looking for a dedicated Sales Support team member to join our team in Hudson, New Hampshire. In this contract to permanent position, you will play a vital role in assisting the sales team by streamlining operations and enhancing customer satisfaction. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys contributing to the success of a fast-paced sales department.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><p>• Provide administrative support to the sales team to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations.</p><p>• Prepare and manage sales-related documentation, including contracts, proposals, and reports.</p><p>• Coordinate sales activities by scheduling meetings, tracking deadlines, and maintaining accurate records.</p><p>• Assist in responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues to enhance overall satisfaction.</p><p>• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and support for sales initiatives.</p><p>• Monitor sales performance metrics and generate reports to help identify opportunities for improvement.</p><p>• Maintain organized and up-to-date records of customer and sales information.</p><p>• Support the team in achieving sales targets by proactively addressing administrative needs.</p><p>• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all sales-related tasks.</p><p>• Contribute to the development and implementation of strategies to improve sales processes.</p>
• Previous experience in sales support, inside sales, or a related administrative role.<br>• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.<br>• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.<br>• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with clients and team members.<br>• Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy in documentation and reporting.<br>• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently when required.<br>• Familiarity with sales processes and a customer-focused approach.<br>• Problem-solving skills to address challenges and find effective resolutions.
