<p>We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Systems Administrator to manage, maintain, and support our IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will ensure system availability, performance, and security while supporting day-to-day IT operations.</p><ul><li>Install, configure, and maintain servers and operating systems (Windows, Linux)</li><li>Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls</li><li>Monitor system performance, availability, and backups</li><li>Perform system updates, patching, and troubleshooting</li><li>Support virtualization and cloud environments</li><li>Implement and maintain security best practices and system hardening</li><li>Document system configurations, procedures, and changes</li><li>Provide Tier 2/3 support for system-related issues</li></ul>

<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)</li><li>Strong knowledge of Windows Server and/or Linux administration</li><li>Experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, and identity management</li><li>Understanding of networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP)</li><li>Experience with backup, recovery, and monitoring tools</li><li>Strong problem-solving and communication skills</li></ul>
