<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Support deployment and configuration of switches, routers, APs, and firewalls across branch and data center networks.</li><li>Monitor network health using NMS tools (e.g., SolarWinds, PRTG) and respond to alerts, tickets, and incidents.</li><li>Perform basic troubleshooting (Layer 1–4), VLAN and ACL updates, and patching/firmware tasks.</li><li>Assist with Wireshark packet captures, Syslog analysis, and SIEM investigations in collaboration with security teams.</li><li>Maintain documentation: network diagrams, IPAM, inventory, change records, and runbooks.</li><li>Participate in change management (ITIL) and follow configuration standards and playbooks.</li><li>Learn and contribute to automation (Ansible playbooks, simple Python scripts) and template-based configuration.</li></ul><p><br></p>

<p><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>0–2+ years in networking or a related IT role (internship/co‑op experience welcome).</li><li>Familiarity with TCP/IP, subnetting, DNS/DHCP, VLANs, ACLs, and basic BGP/OSPF concepts.</li><li>Exposure to Cisco CLI and common enterprise networking tools; comfort with Wireshark.</li><li>Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, and willingness to document and follow standards.</li></ul><p><strong>Preferred</strong></p><ul><li>Certifications: CCNA, CompTIA Network+, Cisco DevNet Associate.</li><li>Experience with Meraki/Aruba, basic firewall policies, and introductory automation (Ansible/Python).</li><li>Understanding of cloud networking primitives (VPC/VNet, peering, VPN, DNS).</li></ul><p><br></p>
