<p>Are you an expert in bank and credit card reconciliations with a knack for managing intercompany transactions? Join a dynamic and fast-growing company for a two-month contract. This local Houston company is looking for skilled support in managing financial operations across five companies. You'll assist our team in accurately and efficiently reconciling accounts and streamlining processes.</p><p><br></p><ul><li>Perform heavy bank and credit card reconciliations for multiple entities, including intercompany accounts.</li><li>Ensure reconciliations are completed with speed, accuracy, and compliance with company and industry standards.</li><li>Utilize Acumatica and QuickBooks software platforms to input and adjust financial data.</li><li>Leverage Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) for data analysis, error identification, and reconciliation tasks.</li><li>Collaborate with the accounting team to streamline workflows and identify opportunities for process improvement.</li><li>Assist with additional accounting tasks as needed to support the company’s growth initiatives.</li></ul><p>.</p>

<p><br></p><ul><li>Proven experience with bank and credit card reconciliations across multiple entities/intercompany transactions.</li><li>Proficient with Acumatica and QuickBooks (minimum intermediate-level experience).</li><li>Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, specifically VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently under tight deadlines.</li><li>Excellent communication and collaboration skills.</li></ul><p><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Experience working in a company experiencing rapid growth or within a high-paced environment.</li><li>Background in accounting or bookkeeping, complemented by strong technical skills.</li></ul><p><br></p>
