We are looking for a detail-oriented Operations Analyst II to join our team in Houston, Texas on a contract basis. In this role, you will play a critical part in supporting operational planning, coordinating deployments, and assisting with business functions. This position offers an exciting opportunity to collaborate with product leads and contribute to the efficiency of organizational processes.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Coordinate and support operational planning efforts across various business functions.<br>• Develop and maintain productive relationships with stakeholders to enhance business operations.<br>• Analyze operational processes to determine project requirements and define scopes.<br>• Prepare detailed reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing data.<br>• Ensure high-quality service standards are maintained and enforced within the organization.<br>• Contribute to team objectives by delivering results aligned with organizational goals.<br>• Collaborate with deployment operations and product leads to streamline workflows.<br>• Document and communicate findings to drive improvements in operational efficiency.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel with advanced knowledge of its functionalities.<br>• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education in a relevant field.<br>• 2-4 years of experience in a related role, preferably in operations or business analysis.<br>• Strong documentation skills with attention to detail.<br>• Proven ability to coordinate projects and manage workflows effectively.<br>• Experience in preparing and summarizing detailed reports.<br>• Familiarity with deployment processes and operational planning.<br>• Commitment to maintaining high-quality service standards.
