HR Generalist
<p>We are seeking an experienced and dedicated HR Generalist to join a thriving non-profit organization in Honolulu, Hawaii. This on-site role is ideal for Hawaii residents looking to make a positive impact on organizational culture and business success. As an HR Generalist, you will play a key role in supporting both day-to-day HR operations and strategic initiatives within the company. <em>reference will be given to Hawaii residents due to on-site work requirements. </em>To apply, please call 808-531-0800.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.</li><li>Administer employee benefits, payroll changes, and time-off requests.</li><li>Provide support for employee relations issues and conflict resolution.</li><li>Coordinate performance management activities and annual reviews.</li><li>Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.</li><li>Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.</li><li>Prepare HR reports and maintain confidential employee records.</li><li>Support training and development initiatives.</li></ul><p><br></p>
<p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>2+ years of experience in human resources or related field.</li><li>Familiarity with full-cycle recruitment best practices.</li><li>Knowledge of employment laws and HR compliance.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Proficient with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.</li><li>Proven ability to handle confidential information.</li><li>Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.</li><li>Must be available for on-site work in Honolulu; preference for Hawaii residents.</li></ul><p><br></p>
