<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Previous recruiting or HR experience preferred</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines</li><li>Comfortable with high-volume recruiting</li><li>Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office</li><li>Strong attention to detail and follow-through</li></ul>
