We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Hollister, California, on a contract basis. This role involves serving as the first point of contact for guests, ensuring they feel welcomed and supported throughout their visit. If you excel in providing exceptional customer service and enjoy interacting with the public, this position offers an excellent opportunity to showcase your skills.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Greet guests upon arrival and provide a warm, welcoming experience.<br>• Assist visitors by connecting them with appropriate sales representatives and facilitating appointments.<br>• Coordinate and schedule appointments using company systems.<br>• Offer refreshments such as snacks or bottled water to enhance guest experience.<br>• Perform administrative tasks, including gathering quotes from food truck vendors.<br>• Support the team with general office duties and organizational projects.<br>• Maintain a detail-oriented demeanor and adhere to business-appropriate dress code.<br>• Utilize technology tools like Microsoft Outlook and Salesforce to manage schedules and communications.<br>• Adapt to dynamic situations and provide flexible support as needed.

• At least one year of experience in customer service or a related field.<br>• Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine enjoyment of working with the public.<br>• Ability to adapt quickly and remain flexible in a fast-paced environment.<br>• Proficiency in using Microsoft Outlook and Salesforce.<br>• Business attire, including closed-toe shoes, is required.<br>• Tech-savvy with the ability to handle digital tools and applications.<br>• High level of organization and attention to detail.<br>• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with guests and team members.
