The Construction Accounting Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day accounts payable and receivable, and change order tracking, as well as collaborating with project managers to ensure accurate and timely billing. Qualifications:<ul><li>3-5 years of construction accounting experience, ideally with a specialty trade contractor (masonry, concrete, framing, steel, or similar).</li><li>Strong background in job costing and cost control.</li><li>Familiarity with construction contract terms, retention, and pay applications.</li><li>Working knowledge of lien laws and waiver requirements (state-specific preferred).</li><li>Experience in multi-project environments, collaborating with operations and project management.</li><li>Proficiency in construction accounting systems and Excel.</li><li>Preferred: Previous experience in masonry or labor-intensive trades, and prior roles such as Project Accountant, Construction Accountant, or Senior Accounting Specialist.</li></ul>
