HR Clerk
We are looking for an experienced HR Clerk to join our team in Helm, California. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in supporting human resources functions, including onboarding, HR administration, and ensuring compliance with company policies. This is a Contract to permanent position, offering an excellent opportunity for growth and long-term career development.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Coordinate and facilitate onboarding processes to ensure smooth integration of new employees.<br>• Maintain and update HR records and documentation in compliance with company standards.<br>• Conduct background checks and verify employment details as part of the hiring process.<br>• Administer and oversee HR compliance programs to align with regulatory requirements.<br>• Utilize HRIS systems to manage employee data and streamline HR operations.<br>• Provide administrative support to the HR department, including scheduling and correspondence.<br>• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.<br>• Address employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR-related matters.<br>• Prepare reports and presentations to support HR initiatives.<br>• Collaborate with team members to promote a positive and efficient workplace environment.
<p>• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a human resources role.</p><ul><li>Must be Bilingual Spanish </li></ul><p> Proficiency in onboarding processes and HR administration.</p><p>• Experience conducting background checks and managing sensitive information.</p><p>• Familiarity with HRIS systems and their functionalities.</p><p>• Knowledge of HR compliance requirements and regulations.</p><p>• Strong organizational and communication skills.</p><p>• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.</p><p>• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and professionalism.</p>
