HR Generalist
<p>Robert Half is currently partnering with a Visalia-based organization who is adding an experienced <strong>HR Supervisor</strong> to support a dynamic, multi-shift operation. This role partners closely with leadership and frontline teams to drive consistency, accountability, and employee engagement across shifts. This is a hands-on opportunity for an HR leader who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys being visible on the floor, and can confidently navigate employee relations, attendance, and performance matters across varying schedules. Ideal for someone who values structure, consistency, and real impact at the operational level.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Provide hands-on HR support across multiple shifts, including onsite presence as needed</li><li>Lead and support employee relations matters, including investigations, corrective action, and performance management</li><li>Partner with operations leaders to ensure consistent policy application across shifts</li><li>Support attendance management, compliance, and workplace standards</li><li>Serve as a visible HR presence for employees across all levels</li></ul><p><br></p>
<ul><li>Proven experience handling employee relations and investigations in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Ability and willingness to fluctuate schedule between morning and second shift to support operations</li><li>Strong working knowledge of HR policies, compliance, and best practices</li><li>Confident communicator able to work with hourly and leadership populations</li><li>Experience supporting multi-shift or high-volume operations strongly preferred</li></ul><p><strong>Why this role:</strong></p><p> Ideal for an HR leader who values being close to the business, thrives in an operational setting, and can flex their schedule to meet real-time employee and business needs.</p>
