Robert Half Management Resources is currently seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to support a contract to hire position with a client in Heath, Ohio. In this Contract-to-permanent role, you will play a critical part in maintaining the financial integrity of the organization by executing a range of accounting functions to include: month-end close, journal entries, bank reconciliations, and GL reconciliations. This role is based 100% onsite at the client's location in Heath, OH. Responsibilities:• Ensure accurate cash balancing for organizational sales and financial transactions.• Process and record financing deals from banking institutions.• Perform reconciliations for credit card transactions to maintain financial accuracy.• Manage and balance the general ledger to ensure proper documentation of financial activities.• Prepare and post journal entries while adhering to accounting standards.• Assist with accounts payable processes and related tasks.• Contribute to month-end closing activities by handling assigned portions of the process.

• Proven expertise in month-end closing processes and procedures.• Strong knowledge of general ledger management and accounting principles.• Proficiency in preparing and posting journal entries.• Experience with account and bank reconciliations.• Familiarity with credit card transaction reconciliations.• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
