Responsibilities:• Lead project planning, execution, and delivery while ensuring alignment with organizational goals.• Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, facilitating clear communication and collaboration.• Utilize project management methodologies such as Six Sigma, Waterfall, and Agile to guide project workflows.• Monitor timelines and milestones to ensure projects stay on schedule and within scope.• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to address potential challenges.• Drive accountability among team members and stakeholders to meet project deliverables.• Prepare regular status reports and updates for leadership and stakeholders.• Facilitate meetings to discuss progress, resolve issues, and ensure alignment across teams.• Ensure resources are allocated effectively and adjust plans as needed to meet project objectives.• Promote continuous improvement and process optimization throughout the project lifecycle.

• Proven experience in project management within a detail-oriented environment. • Strong knowledge of Six Sigma, Waterfall, and Agile methodologies. • Exceptional organizational and time management skills to handle multiple priorities. • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities for stakeholder engagement. • Ability to identify and mitigate risks during project execution. • Proficiency in creating detailed project plans and status reports. • Demonstrated leadership skills to manage cross-functional teams. • Experience with process improvement and optimization techniques.
