We are looking for a skilled Construction Manager. The role is remote but requires 90% travel. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing various projects and programs, ensuring their successful completion within defined timelines and standards. Responsibilities:• Lead and manage all aspects of assigned projects and programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.• Develop clear project plans, set deadlines, and assign tasks to team members effectively.• Monitor project progress, troubleshoot challenges, and ensure timely delivery of objectives.• Prepare and present detailed reports on project status to senior management.• Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of tasks.• Implement quality assurance measures to maintain high standards throughout the project lifecycle.• Apply innovative solutions to address project challenges and optimize outcomes.• Ensure adherence to established procedures, practices, and industry standards.• Foster a collaborative and productive team environment to drive project success.

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.• 4-7 years of experience in project or program management.• Experience with BlueBeam Revu and ProCore.• Familiarity with industry practices, procedures, and standards.• Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.• Excellent report preparation and presentation skills.• Ability to think creatively and apply innovative solutions to challenges.• Strong judgment and decision-making skills to accomplish project goals.
