Office Assistant
<p>We are looking for a dedicated Office Assistant to join our clients team in Gresham, Oregon. If you enjoy supporting office operations and delivering excellent customer service, we encourage you to apply.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Perform a variety of clerical tasks, including filing, data entry, and document preparation.</p><p>• Coordinate correspondence and communications, ensuring timely and detail-oriented responses.</p><p>• Utilize Microsoft Office Suite to create, edit, and manage documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.</p><p>• Support daily office functions, including scheduling appointments and maintaining records.</p><p>• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.</p><p>• Assist in organizing meetings, preparing agendas, and tracking follow-ups.</p><p>• Maintain office supplies and ensure equipment is in working order.</p><p>• Collaborate with team members to streamline office operations and improve efficiency.</p><p>• Handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.</p><p>• Adapt to changing priorities and support additional administrative tasks as needed.</p>
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in an office assistant or similar administrative role.<br>• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.<br>• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.<br>• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.<br>• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.<br>• Customer service experience with a focus on professionalism and problem-solving.<br>• Familiarity with general office functions and procedures.<br>• High level of discretion when handling confidential information.
