We are looking for a dedicated Staff Accountant to join our team in Greer, South Carolina. This is a Contract to permanent position, offering an excellent opportunity for growth and long-term career development. The role requires a detail-oriented individual with a strong grasp of accounting principles and the ability to handle diverse financial tasks. Responsibilities: • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes with accuracy and efficiency. • Prepare and post journal entries to the general ledger while ensuring compliance with accounting standards. • Conduct regular account reconciliations to maintain financial accuracy and resolve discrepancies. • Handle bank reconciliations to ensure proper alignment between internal records and bank statements. • Assist with sales tax calculations and filings to ensure timely and accurate compliance. • Support financial activities, including analysis and reporting, to aid in decision-making processes. • Collaborate with team members to maintain organized and up-to-date financial records. • Contribute to month-end and year-end closing procedures, ensuring deadlines are met. • Provide assistance with general finance operations as needed.

• Proven experience with journal entries and general ledger management. • Strong knowledge of accounts payable and accounts receivable processes. • Familiarity with account reconciliation and bank reconciliation procedures. • Ability to work with accounts receivable systems and maintain detailed records. • Experience calculating and filing sales tax. • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills. • Proficiency in accounting software and tools. • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret financial data.
