<p><strong>Attorney, Criminal/Civil Litigation</strong></p><p> </p><p>Robert Half has partnered with a dynamic and growing law firm, seeking a highly motivated attorney with 2+ years of experience in criminal and/or civil litigation. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate advocate with strong analytical and courtroom skills to join a collaborative legal team.</p><p> </p><p>Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Case Management: Independently manage a diverse criminal and civil caseload, including the defense of law enforcement officers in criminal, internal affairs, and civil matters.</li><li>Legal Expertise: Conduct thorough legal research and draft compelling documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery.</li><li>Courtroom Advocacy: Represent clients in hearings and trials.</li><li>Client Communication: Maintain consistent, empathetic communication with clients, including police officers, and advise them on legal strategies.</li><li>Collaboration: Work with senior attorneys and paralegals to ensure efficient case progression.</li></ul><p> </p><p>Qualifications</p><ul><li>Active license to practice law in Colorado with 2+ years of litigation experience.</li><li>2nd chair trial experience is preferred.</li><li>A judicial clerkship is ideal for strong research and writing skills.</li><li>Proven ability to manage a caseload independently.</li><li>Exceptional legal research, writing, and analytical skills.</li></ul><p> </p><p>Compensation & Application</p><ul><li>Salary Range: $110,000 - $130,000 + a comprehensive benefits plan.</li><li>Work Structure: Hybrid, with 3 days remote per week.</li><li>To Apply: Send your resume and writing sample to corey.tasker@roberthalf{{dot}}com for immediate consideration.</li></ul>

• Active license to practice law in Colorado, with at least 2 years of experience in criminal and/or civil litigation.<br>• Experience as a 2nd chair in trials is highly desirable.<br>• Judicial clerkship experience is a strong advantage, particularly for candidates with exceptional research and writing skills.<br>• Proven ability to independently manage a caseload and meet deadlines effectively.<br>• Exceptional legal research, analytical, and writing abilities.<br>• Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and colleagues.<br>• Familiarity with administrative law and trial preparation processes.<br>• Commitment to upholding ethical standards and delivering high-quality legal representation.
