<p>Estate Planning Attorney</p><p><br></p><p>Our client, a leading Elder law firm in Denver is seeking an Associate Attorney to support their busy estate planning practice. The firm, a small boutique with a long-standing presence in Denver, seeks a self-motivated and organized individual who enjoys client interaction and is committed to providing excellent service. The role requires a minimum experience in transactional law and ideally estate planning. </p><p>Responsibilities include: </p><p>Handle estate administration and probate matters.</p><p>Manage guardianship and conservatorship cases.</p><p>Represent clients in contested matters requiring courtroom appearances.</p><p>Travel to satellite offices to meet clients as needed. </p><p>We are looking for an Associate Attorney who would like to find a long term career in estate planning and probate law. • Active attorney license in good standing.<br>• At least 2 years of experience in transactional law, with a focus on estate planning.<br>• Strong knowledge of estate law, taxation, and probate procedures.<br>• Proficient in drafting motions, legal briefs, and other documentation.<br>• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective client interaction and courtroom representation.<br>• Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.<br>• Willingness to travel to satellite offices as needed.<br>• Self-motivated, organized, and detail oriented, committed to delivering high-quality legal services.
