Administrative Assistant
<p>We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team on a contract basis in Greensboro, North Carolina. This role is ideal for someone passionate about marketing and eager to contribute to promotional efforts, event coordination, and social media initiatives. You’ll play a vital role in supporting the marketing team and ensuring the smooth execution of campaigns and activities.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Coordinate and assist with email marketing campaigns to ensure timely delivery and effective engagement.</p><p>• Support event planning and execution, including logistics and on-site coordination.</p><p>• Collaborate with the team to manage and monitor social media platforms, creating engaging content and tracking performance metrics.</p><p>• Assist in the creation and distribution of promotional materials for direct marketing efforts.</p><p>• Contribute to the development and implementation of marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility.</p><p>• Maintain organized records of marketing activities and provide regular updates to the team.</p><p>• Conduct market research to gather insights and identify opportunities for improvement.</p><p>• Communicate with vendors and stakeholders to ensure smooth operations during marketing events.</p><p>• Provide administrative support to the marketing department, including scheduling and document preparation.</p>
• Proven experience in marketing or administrative roles, preferably supporting campaigns and events.<br>• Strong proficiency in managing email campaigns and using related tools.<br>• Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation strategies.<br>• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.<br>• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for team collaboration and stakeholder engagement.<br>• Knowledge of direct marketing techniques and promotional activities.<br>• Experience with event planning and execution is a plus.<br>• Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights for improvement.
