<p>We are looking for a skilled HR Recruiter to join our team in Grand Rapids, Michigan, on a long-term contract basis. In this role, you will oversee the complete recruitment process for salaried positions, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers. This position is ideal for someone who is detail oriented, possesses strong technical abilities, exceptional communication skills, and has a passion for identifying top talent.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, and recommending candidates for salaried roles.</p><p>• Coordinate interview schedules and logistics to ensure a smooth process for both candidates and hiring teams.</p><p>• Prepare offer letters in alignment with company policies and employment regulations.</p><p>• Build strong relationships with candidates and internal teams by providing consistent updates and feedback.</p><p>• Utilize diverse sourcing methods, such as job boards, networking, and referrals, to attract candidates with relevant experience.</p><p>• Leverage recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems to maintain accurate records and streamline hiring operations.</p><p>• Assess candidates' technical skills and credentials to ensure alignment with role requirements.</p><p>• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout all stages of the recruitment process.</p><p>• Collaborate with internal hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.</p>
• Demonstrated experience managing full-cycle recruitment, preferably for technical or salaried roles.<br>• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment technologies.<br>• Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with candidates and teams.<br>• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic work environment.<br>• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.<br>• Familiarity with sourcing strategies across various recruitment platforms.<br>• Experience in conducting interviews and evaluating candidate qualifications.<br>• Knowledge of offer letter preparation and compliance with employment regulations.
