<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred</li><li>2+ years’ HR experience, ideally within a generalist capacity</li><li>Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills</li><li>Strong attention to detail and confidentiality</li><li>Knowledge of federal, state, and local HR regulations</li><li>Familiarity with HRIS systems is a plus</li></ul><p><br></p>
