Human Resources Administrator
<p>We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Human Resources Administrator to assist with onboarding activities. This contract role is based in Goose Creek, South Carolina, and focuses on ensuring new employees have a seamless and efficient experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong administrative background and the ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Coordinate onboarding processes, such as scheduling orientations and facilitating jobsite introductions for new employees.</p><p>• Prepare and manage new employee paperwork, ensuring all documentation is accurate and submitted on time.</p><p>• Maintain and organize employee records and digital files in compliance with company and regulatory standards.</p><p>• Distribute ID badges, uniforms, safety gear, and other necessary materials to new team members.</p><p>• Track and monitor training completions, certifications, and attendance at safety orientations.</p><p>• Update and manage onboarding checklists and maintain related spreadsheets to ensure accuracy.</p><p>• Collaborate with the HR and Talent Acquisition teams to support a smooth onboarding experience for all new employees.</p>
• Proficiency in both English and Spanish to effectively communicate with a diverse workforce.<br>• Prior administrative experience, preferably in a construction, HR, or related environment.<br>• Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.<br>• Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools, such as Excel, Word, and Outlook, as well as data entry systems.<br>• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism.<br>• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with team members and new hires.<br>• Capacity to multitask and perform efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic work setting.
