We are now looking for a experienced Senior Software Engineer in the Atlanta area to join our digital global team. In this role, you will leverage your strong coding skills and system-architecture understanding to develop robust software solutions. You’ll maintain coding standards, participate in peer reviews, and use a variety of debugging/troubleshooting tools. Ensuring software quality through both unit and integration testing, you’ll apply critical thinking and analysis to create practical solutions for business problems.

Required Qualifications / Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 5+ years of experience in software development. Proficiency with one or more of the following: Node.js, .NET, Angular, React, Express, SQL. Strong understanding of relational database design: ability to model schemas, author CRUD SQL statements, and debug/optimize SQL. Experience using source code repositories and version control. Understanding of cloud services and their implementation. Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills. Strong coding ability: able to work on multiple parts of a system or application simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and thoroughness. Critical thinking skills: able to identify risks and enhance problem solving. Flexibility to adjust to changing client requests. Ability to learn quickly and work independently or collaboratively as part of a team. Experience mentoring or guiding entry level team members. Familiarity with Agile and Scrum development methodology. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with both front-end (e.g., Angular/React) and back-end (Node.js/.NET) development. Familiarity with microservices or tiered system architecture. Experience working in a global or distributed team environment. Prior experience in a consulting or client-facing role. Exposure to DevOps practices (CI/CD) and cloud native technologies. Experience working on scalable systems or high-availability applications. Advanced degree or certification in software development, architecture, or a related discipline.
