We are looking for a skilled Data Engineer to join our team in Johns Creek, Georgia, on a Contract to permanent basis. In this role, you will design and implement robust data pipelines, ensuring seamless data movement and transformation across multiple systems. You will collaborate with various teams to deliver technical solutions that align with business needs while maintaining data quality, security, and compliance.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Develop and maintain scalable data pipelines using Azure Data Factory and related tools.<br>• Design integrations to support Azure Managed Instances and optimize data workflows.<br>• Implement real-time data replication from on-premises to cloud environments.<br>• Utilize event streaming platforms like Confluent Cloud and Kafka for real-time data processing.<br>• Create and manage complex data workflows and transformations to meet organizational needs.<br>• Perform database administration tasks such as performance tuning, indexing, and backups to ensure database health.<br>• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.<br>• Work closely with application and analytics teams to integrate data into Salesforce and other enterprise systems.<br>• Ensure adherence to data governance, security, and compliance standards across all processes.

• Proven expertise in Azure Data Factory and Azure Managed Instances.<br>• Strong hands-on experience with event streaming platforms, including Confluent Cloud and Apache Kafka.<br>• Proficiency in Apache Spark and Python for data processing and analytics.<br>• Familiarity with ETL processes and tools for data transformation.<br>• Experience with database performance optimization techniques and administration.<br>• Knowledge of Apache Hadoop and its ecosystem.<br>• Exposure to integrating data with Salesforce or other enterprise applications.<br>• Understanding of data governance, security, and compliance frameworks.
