Payroll Clerk
<p>We are looking for a detail-oriented Payroll Clerk to join our team in Frisco, Texas. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring accurate and timely processing of employee compensation and related payroll operations. This is a long-term contract position that offers the opportunity to develop your skills in a dynamic logistics environment.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Accurately calculate employee compensation based on hours worked, salaries, bonuses, and commissions.</p><p>• Process payroll deductions, including taxes, garnishments, and other adjustments.</p><p>• Ensure compliance with payroll regulations and company policies.</p><p>• Prepare and maintain detailed payroll records and templates for reporting purposes.</p><p>• Handle expense reporting and reconcile discrepancies with precision.</p><p>• Manage payroll-related inquiries and resolve issues promptly.</p><p>• Assist with the administration of bonus programs and salary structures.</p><p>• Support worker's compensation processes and ensure proper documentation.</p><p>• Collaborate with the Payroll Manager or Supervisor to streamline payroll operations.</p>
• Minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in payroll functions.<br>• Proficiency in calculating salaries, bonuses, commissions, and related adjustments.<br>• Familiarity with payroll systems and templates for reporting.<br>• Strong knowledge of tax deductions, garnishments, and compliance requirements.<br>• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial data.<br>• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.<br>• Excellent communication skills for addressing payroll inquiries.<br>• Solid understanding of worker's compensation and expense reporting processes.
