Administrative Assistant
<p>We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team on a contract basis in Fremont, California. This role involves providing essential administrative support, ensuring smooth daily operations, and maintaining effective communication within the office. If you excel in multitasking and thrive in a dynamic environment, this position is perfect for you.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Handle incoming phone calls with care, directing them to the appropriate departments or individuals.</p><p>• Perform accurate and timely data entry tasks to maintain organized records.</p><p>• Manage administrative duties, including scheduling meetings and maintaining office supplies.</p><p>• Act as the first point of contact for visitors, ensuring a welcoming and attentive reception experience.</p><p>• Assist in organizing and coordinating office operations to enhance efficiency.</p><p>• Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and other documents as needed.</p><p>• Support team members with various administrative tasks to ensure seamless workflow.</p><p>• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.</p><p>• Collaborate with colleagues to address any administrative challenges or needs.</p><p>• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all administrative activities.</p>
• Proven experience in an administrative assistant or similar role.<br>• Strong proficiency in handling inbound calls and customer service.<br>• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.<br>• Ability to perform accurate data entry and maintain attention to detail.<br>• Familiarity with receptionist duties and delivering a front-office presence with strong attention to detail.<br>• Proficiency in office software, such as Microsoft Office Suite.<br>• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.<br>• Capacity to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
