Administrative Business Partner
We are looking for an experienced Administrative Business Partner to join our team in Florence, Arizona. In this role, you will provide critical support in employee relations, human resources administration, and performance management. This is a long-term contract position offering an opportunity to contribute to organizational success through effective HR practices.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Handle employee relations matters with professionalism and confidentiality, ensuring compliance with company policies.<br>• Administer and enforce HR policies to support a positive and productive work environment.<br>• Conduct thorough investigations into employee relations issues, providing clear documentation and resolution recommendations.<br>• Support performance management processes, including evaluations and guidance for employee development.<br>• Collaborate with management to address workforce concerns and implement HR strategies.<br>• Maintain accurate and organized records related to employee relations and HR activities.<br>• Assist in the creation and delivery of HR-related training sessions to enhance team knowledge.<br>• Develop communication strategies to ensure employees are informed about HR policies and updates.<br>• Provide guidance to employees and managers on workplace issues, fostering a supportive atmosphere.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in human resources or employee relations roles.<br>• Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.<br>• Proven ability to investigate and resolve employee relations issues effectively.<br>• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail for maintaining accurate records.<br>• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with employees and management.<br>• Experience in performance management processes and employee development.<br>• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.<br>• Proficiency in HR-related software and tools is preferred.
