We are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant to provide comprehensive accounting services for clients across various industries in Fayetteville, North Carolina. This role focuses on delivering accurate tax preparation, financial statement development, and client-focused solutions while ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and industry practices.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Prepare and meticulously review tax filings for individuals, corporations, and nonprofit organizations.<br>• Generate and finalize financial statements, including year-end closings, for a diverse client base.<br>• Conduct in-depth tax reviews to ensure compliance with current regulations and standards.<br>• Manage and nurture relationships with assigned client accounts while actively expanding your portfolio.<br>• Collaborate effectively with partners and team members to deliver seamless accounting services.<br>• Provide tailored consulting and accounting support to clients across multiple industries.<br>• Utilize UltraTax software to streamline tax preparation and reporting processes.<br>• Remain informed about evolving tax laws, accounting principles, and industry best practices.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a closely related field.<br>• Active CPA certification or progress towards obtaining CPA credentials.<br>• At least 2 years of progressive experience in accounting, with a preference for public accounting and tax preparation.<br>• Proficiency in month-end close processes, general ledger management, and journal entries.<br>• Strong ability to perform account reconciliations, including bank reconciliations.<br>• Experience preparing individual and corporate tax returns and ensuring compliance with corporate income tax regulations.<br>• Familiarity with Thompson Reuters UltraTax CS and TaxStream software.<br>• Exceptional analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and within a team structure.
