Responsibilities: • Oversee financial aspects of construction and municipality projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance. • Collaborate with project managers and team members to address financial needs and resolve discrepancies. • Manage multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining a high level of professionalism. • Utilize accounting software such as Deltek Vision and Excel to create reports and perform data analysis. • Prepare detailed financial reports, including pivot tables, to support project requirements. • Ensure timely and accurate invoicing for projects across multiple regions. • Maintain communication with stakeholders to provide updates and address financial concerns. • Perform regular audits and reconciliations to verify data integrity. • Support career advancement initiatives and contribute to team development. • Assist in testing and improving processes related to accounting and project management.

• Proven experience in project accounting, preferably within construction or municipality industries. • Proficiency in Deltek Vision software and advanced Excel functions, including pivot tables. • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. • Strong communication skills to interact professionally with various stakeholders. • Familiarity with financial reporting and reconciliation processes. • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality in work. • Experience working remotely with distributed teams. • Knowledge of accounting standards and practices relevant to construction projects.
