Responsibilities: • Process and review invoices for accuracy and compliance with company policies. • Perform account coding to ensure proper allocation of expenses. • Facilitate payments through Automated Clearing House (ACH) and other payment methods. • Conduct regular check runs and reconcile payment discrepancies. • Maintain accurate records of all accounts payable transactions. • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve invoice or payment issues. • Monitor vendor accounts to ensure timely payments and address any outstanding balances. • Assist in the preparation of financial reports related to accounts payable. • Support process improvement initiatives to enhance accounts payable efficiency. • Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and company guidelines.

• Proven experience in accounts payable or similar financial roles. • Proficiency in account coding and managing invoice processes. • Familiarity with Automated Clearing House (ACH) payment systems. • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions. • Ability to perform check runs and reconcile discrepancies effectively. • Excellent organizational and time-management skills. • Strong communication skills for vendor and team collaboration. • Knowledge of manufacturing industry practices is a plus.
