<ul><li>2+ years of customer service or technical support experience, preferably in <strong>technology or SaaS</strong>.</li><li>Strong communication and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Proficiency in <strong>Microsoft Office Suite</strong> and experience using <strong>CRM platforms</strong>.</li><li>Ability to explain technical information in a customer-friendly manner.</li><li>Detail-oriented, patient, and adaptable in a fast-paced setting.</li><li>High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework in business or technology preferred.</li></ul><p><br></p>
