<p>We are looking for a skilled Call Center Representative to join our team on a contract basis in Enon, Ohio. In this role, you will deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and providing detailed information about products or services. • Proven experience in customer service or call center roles.<br>• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.<br>• Ability to handle a high volume of calls while maintaining professionalism.<br>• Problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.<br>• Familiarity with standard call center software and tools.<br>• Capability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.<br>• High level of organization and attention to detail.<br>• Availability to commit to a contract position.
