<p>We are seeking an experienced <strong>Financial Planning & Analysis (FP& A) Manager</strong> to support a 6-month strategic project in the manufacturing industry. This role will focus on driving financial insights, improving forecasting accuracy, and supporting decision-making for operational efficiency and profitability.</p>

<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Financial Planning & Forecasting</strong></li><li>Develop and manage short-term financial forecasts and budgets aligned with project objectives.</li><li>Monitor actual performance against forecasts and provide variance analysis.</li><li><strong>Data Analysis & Reporting</strong></li><li>Prepare detailed financial reports, dashboards, and KPIs for senior leadership.</li><li>Analyze cost structures, production efficiency, and margin performance.</li><li><strong>Strategic Support</strong></li><li>Partner with operations and supply chain teams to evaluate cost-saving initiatives.</li><li>Support scenario modeling for pricing, raw material fluctuations, and capacity planning.</li><li><strong>Process Improvement</strong></li><li>Identify opportunities to streamline FP& A processes and reporting tools.</li><li>Implement best practices for financial modeling and data integrity.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.</li><li><strong>7+ years of FP& A experience</strong>, ideally within manufacturing or industrial sectors.</li><li>Strong proficiency in <strong>Excel</strong>, financial modeling, and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Power BI or similar).</li><li>Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.</li><li>Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.</li></ul>
