<p>We are seeking an experienced <strong>ERP Integration Manager</strong> to lead the implementation and integration of <strong>NetSuite ERP</strong> across our organization for 12-18 months. This role will ensure seamless migration, system optimization, and alignment with business processes to support operational efficiency and scalability.</p>

<ul><li><strong>ERP Implementation & Integration</strong></li><li>Manage end-to-end NetSuite ERP integration, including planning, configuration, and deployment.</li><li>Coordinate data migration from legacy systems to NetSuite, ensuring accuracy and integrity.</li><li>Integrate NetSuite with other business applications (CRM, procurement, inventory, etc.).</li><li><strong>Project Management</strong></li><li>Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and deliverables.</li><li>Lead cross-functional teams (Finance, IT, Operations) to ensure successful implementation.</li><li>Monitor project progress, manage risks, and resolve issues promptly.</li><li><strong>System Optimization</strong></li><li>Customize NetSuite modules to meet business requirements.</li><li>Implement best practices for workflows, reporting, and dashboards.</li><li>Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory standards.</li><li><strong>Training & Support</strong></li><li>Provide training and documentation for end-users.</li><li>Act as the primary point of contact for troubleshooting and post-implementation support.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Finance, or related field.</li><li><strong>5+ years of ERP implementation experience</strong>, with at least <strong>3 years in NetSuite</strong>.</li><li>Strong understanding of financial processes, supply chain, and operational workflows.</li><li>Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).</li><li>Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.</li></ul>
