We are looking for an experienced ERP/CRM Configuration Subject Matter Expert to join our team on a contract basis. This role requires expertise in Salesforce Revenue Cloud, along with experience managing integrations with platforms like Netsuite and HubSpot. Based in Denver, Colorado, this position focuses on optimizing workflows for sales and presales operations while ensuring seamless functionality across systems.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Configure and administer Salesforce Revenue Cloud to enhance sales and presales workflows.<br>• Manage user roles, permissions, and ensure data integrity across systems.<br>• Oversee and optimize integrations between Salesforce Revenue Cloud, Netsuite, and HubSpot.<br>• Collaborate closely with Sales Operations and Revenue Operations teams to refine and streamline processes.<br>• Provide technical troubleshooting and document solutions to maintain system reliability.<br>• Develop and maintain configuration management processes to support business needs.<br>• Create and manage APIs to enable seamless integration across platforms.<br>• Support automation efforts and ensure Salesforce CPQ processes are functioning effectively.<br>• Conduct regular reviews of system functionality to identify areas for improvement.<br>• Ensure compliance with best practices in system configuration and integration.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator with expertise in Salesforce Revenue Cloud.<br>• Solid knowledge of Salesforce configuration, workflows, and automation processes.<br>• Proficiency in API development and integration management tools.<br>• Familiarity with middleware solutions such as Boomi or MuleSoft is preferred.<br>• Salesforce Administrator certification is highly desirable.<br>• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.<br>• Experience with creating Business Requirement Documents and managing configuration processes.<br>• Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
