• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.<br>• A minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, including full-cycle accounting responsibilities.<br>• Previous supervisory experience, with a proven ability to lead and develop a team.<br>• Strong knowledge of international accounting practices and regulations.<br>• Proficiency in managing month-end close, general ledger, and financial reporting.<br>• Experience with financial audits and the preparation of related documentation.<br>• Excellent skills in account reconciliation and journal entry management.<br>• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
