Responsibilities:• Oversee month-end closing processes to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.• Manage the general ledger and ensure all transactions are correctly recorded and categorized.• Conduct and support financial statement audits to ensure compliance and accuracy.• Reconcile accounts regularly to maintain consistency and address discrepancies.• Prepare and review journal entries to ensure accuracy and completeness.• Handle intercompany accounting processes, ensuring proper allocation and reconciliation across entities.• Utilize NetSuite software to streamline accounting operations and reporting.• Monitor and enforce compliance with accounting standards and regulations.• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of financial processes.

• Proven experience in accounting management or supervisory roles. • Strong proficiency in month-end close procedures and general ledger management. • Solid understanding of financial statement audits and regulatory compliance. • Expertise in account reconciliation and journal entry preparation. • Knowledge of intercompany accounting processes and practices. • Familiarity with NetSuite or similar accounting software. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
