As part of our team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with tax regulations. Responsibilities:• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely and accurate transactions.• Maintain detailed bookkeeping records and update financial data regularly.• Perform bank reconciliations to verify accuracy and resolve discrepancies.• Prepare and submit sales tax reports in compliance with state and federal requirements.• Generate weekly financial reports to support business decision-making.• Utilize Sage 100 software to streamline bookkeeping tasks and ensure data accuracy.• Collaborate with team members to address financial inquiries and provide support as needed.• Monitor financial activities to ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.

• Proven experience in bookkeeping with a focus on accounts payable and accounts receivable. • Proficiency in performing bank reconciliations and preparing financial reports. • Familiarity with sales tax reporting and compliance requirements. • Hands-on experience with Sage 100 software is preferred. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Ability to work on-site, Monday through Friday. • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. • Industry experience is a plus.
