Recruiter
We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our team on a contract basis in Elk River, Minnesota. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced manufacturing environment by managing the full recruitment process across multiple roles and experience levels. The ideal candidate will bring strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset to support our hiring needs.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle, including meeting with hiring managers, scheduling interviews, extending offers, and onboarding new hires.<br>• Coordinate and manage interview schedules, ensuring all details are shared with both candidates and hiring leaders.<br>• Focus on hiring for a variety of roles, including assemblers, manufacturing engineers, production supervisors, warehouse leaders, IT professionals, supply chain contributors, and leadership positions.<br>• Maintain and utilize applicant tracking systems such as Paylocity to streamline recruitment activities.<br>• Collaborate with a close-knit team in a fast-moving environment, fostering teamwork and mutual support.<br>• Ensure hiring goals are met for approximately 10 open requisitions, spanning individual contributors and leadership roles.<br>• Adapt to the dynamic needs of the manufacturing industry by recruiting candidates with relevant experience.<br>• Provide exceptional candidate experience through clear communication and guidance throughout the recruitment process.<br>• Participate in team events and contribute to a positive work culture.<br>• Offer recruitment expertise while managing a high volume of incoming applications.
• Minimum of 5 years of recruiting experience, preferably within the manufacturing industry.<br>• Proven ability to manage the full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.<br>• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to handle multiple requisitions effectively.<br>• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.<br>• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, such as Paylocity.<br>• Experience recruiting for engineering, IT, supply chain, and leadership roles.<br>• Ability to thrive in a collaborative and fast-paced work environment.<br>• A proactive approach to problem-solving and adaptability to changing priorities.
