Responsibilities: • Verify and reconcile invoices to ensure accurate inventory records. • Monitor purchase orders, ensuring inventory is tracked and accounted for. • Maintain precise asset inventory by updating records and identifying discrepancies. • Organize and move inventory items efficiently to support operational needs. • Collaborate with team members to streamline inventory processes and improve accuracy. • Conduct routine checks to confirm inventory levels align with system records. • Assist with general inventory management tasks to enhance workflow. • Provide timely updates and reports regarding inventory status to relevant stakeholders. • Support the team in handling and organizing physical stock. • Uphold compliance with company policies and procedures related to inventory handling.

• Proven experience in inventory management or a related field. • Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify discrepancies. • Proficiency in managing purchase orders and asset inventory. • Effective organizational skills to handle physical inventory and records. • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. • Familiarity with inventory systems and software is a plus. • Strong communication skills for reporting and coordination. • Ability to lift and move boxes as required for operational duties.
