You will help ensure every polling place receives complete, functional, and verified machines and supplies. Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Prepare voting machines and carts for shipment to polling sites</li><li>Conduct basic interviews with election judges regarding equipment logistics</li><li>Receive, unload, and sort incoming election materials, ensuring accuracy</li><li>Handle inventory including cords, SD cards, USBs, machines, power cables, instructions, and other components — every item must be accounted for</li><li>Package, label, and stage equipment for distribution across Chicago</li><li>Maintain and organize all warehouse equipment to keep operations flowing</li><li>Use a variety of tools to ensure equipment readiness, such as:</li><li>USB testing devices</li><li>Quality assurance tools</li><li>System checks to ensure machines power on and function correctly</li></ul>Your work ensures that when voters arrive at the polls, every machine is ready, tested, and fully functional, preventing delays or disruptions on Election Day.
